How to Register

• Click the "Register!" button at the bottom of this page to register.
• The early bird discount rate is available by August 18, 2026.
• Registration requires a major credit card account (VISA, MasterCard, or JCB).
  
  • Credit card payments are processed via our secure gateway through Hua Nan Bank.
  • Your credit card statement will show expenditure for this charge to “Poetry-Life Professional Conference Organizer.”
• Registrants in Taiwan have the option to pay the registration fee via a local bank wire transfer. Please contact Mr. Yung-Ming Chiu (pobsadue@poetry-life.com) if you need any assistance.

Registration Fees

Note:

• For each accepted paper, at least one author must complete their registration by August 8, 2026. Please select the rate corresponding to your status (Regular or Student).
• The regular registration includes the following benefits:
  - Participation in the WiCAS/YP Event
  - Access to all plenary and poster sessions
  - Invitation to the welcome reception
  - Admission to the banquet
  - Refreshments during coffee breaks
  - Lunch on Day 2 & 3 (September 10 & 11, 2026)
  - Excursion
• The student registration for the conference grants the same privileges, with the exception of the excursion. However, if students would like to join the excursion, they can pay an additional NT$ 3,000 for it.
• Accompanying persons may not attend the oral or poster sessions. They can only participate in the following events:
  - Welcome Reception
  - Banquet
  - Excursion with lunch on Day 3 (September 11, 2026)
  

Cancellation Policy

• All refunds/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by August 25, 2026.
• There will be an administration fee of NT$ 1,000 deducted from each refund.
• Please note that registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable After August 25, 2026.
