Poster Sessions

Regarding the poster sessions, uploading your poster file via EasyChair system is required. Please print your poster in advance and bring it with you to the conference. Each Poster Session is scheduled during the coffee break immediately before the corresponding Oral Session. Please put up your poster during the Setup Time shown in the schedule below and be available in the designated poster area throughout the Poster Session to present and discuss your work. The corresponding oral short presentations will then be delivered in the Wah Lee Hall during the following Oral Session. Please remove your poster during the Removal Time shown in the schedule below, which begins immediately after the corresponding Oral Session and lasts 10 minutes. Authors are responsible for printing, bringing, and displaying their posters, as the organizers will not provide poster printing or installation services. The poster should have a portrait (=vertical) orientation, NOT landscape. The poster dimensions should be equal to A0 size (841mm in width and 1189mm in height).

Note: In the poster area, each display board is marked with a Presentation ID. Please find the board matching your Presentation ID and hang your poster there.
